My Process:

1. browse + reach out

Visit my investment page to view all of my pricing. I currently offer family, couples, maternity, and wedding photography. Once you have decided which package is right for you, fill out my form. You can find the form at the bottom of your desired session type pages! This will help me get to know you and a little bit about what your goals are for the session.

2. contract + Deposit

Once I have received your submission, I will reach out via email to discuss details.

Please note — any sessions in Florida booked after May 2nd, will likely be shot by one of my associates. You can scroll to the bottom of this page to learn more about them! Your session will still be edited and delivered by me.

Next, I will email you a link to your contract and invoice. This is where you’ll digitally sign and pay the 38% non-refundable retainer to secure your session. Military and first responder discounts are available.

3. Questionnaire + Styling

Yay! You have signed your contract and you’re officially on mine or one of my associates calendars! I will be reaching out with a short questionnaire to better prep for our session as well as share a simple style guide with you. I always want you to look and feel your best for the shoot, so never be afraid to ask for extra assistance with outfits!

4 . The shoot

Plan to arrive 5-15 minutes early to your session as traffic can get crazy, especially during holidays & summer!

My team and I do all of the classic poses, groups, and typical wall framers! We strive to have a more laid back and fun approach for most of the session and want to focus as much as we can on real life. Giggles, splashing in the water, romantic kisses, and all the fun candid moments life has to offer.

5. Gallery + Delivery

I will send you a fully edited gallery within 30 business days.

  • Each package comes with an allotted amount of images. Refer back to your contract to see which one you chose!

  • You will heart/favorite your selected images. Additional images are $10 each, each set of 10 for $50, or the full gallery for $150.

  • I will reach out via email with an invoice for any additional images you have chosen and add additional downloads.

*note: I can see ALL gallery activity.

Final galleries can take up to 30 business days to be delivered. Turn around time will heavily vary on the time of year. You may pay a rush fee of $150 to receive your gallery back within 48 hours upon payment. This does not apply to weddings.

Once I have finished editing your final gallery, I will upload it to your portal! You will have unlimited access to your purchased images and they will be watermark free. DO NOT screenshot any images, as it will result in very poor quality posts and prints.

Weather:

Weather is ALWAYS changing. I feel like many of us local photographers have had to become mini meteorologists for this reason! The one thing you can almost always expect is wind. Most of the time, we will have those beautiful cotton candy or golden skies! Of course, gloomy & rainy days will happen.

Gloomy days are honestly great! They typically bless us with cooler weather and picture-perfect lighting for even skin tones.

If it is predicted to rain, we may move your session time to accommodate, as storms are often short lived. If the rain steals the day, we will either reschedule your session or simply cancel if necessary. I have only ever had to fully cancel 2 sessions out of hundreds due to weather - so I remain confident that we will make it work!

Meet My Florida Photography Team!

As much as I love Florida and have grown to call the Emerald Coast my home, we will be making our journey back home to Oklahoma in May of 2025. The great news is, I have an experienced team of local photographers that I will be collaborating with this year!

What does this mean?

Starting in May, one of these 3 amazing and talented ladies will be snapping away behind the camera! They will create all of those fun, authentic, memorable moments you won’t want to forget. I will continue to be the one booking, editing, and delivering all of your beautiful galleries! That means you will still get all that bright, vibrant, true to life feeling from every image delivered to you. I am so blessed to still be a part of your memory making experience!

This process and new collaboration will help me continue to live out my dreams and keep a little piece of the beach with me as I re-start my business back home. It also allows me to continue to support and care for my little girls as we transition into our new normal. We are so excited for what 2025 has in store and cannot wait to work with you!
